let's go to our maps, tracy just talked about the sierra. they have closed a stretch interstate 80 between applegate and the state line so watch out for that. chains are required on highway 50 and highway 88 right now. elsewhere across the bay area, i'm going to try to click past this, they have closed a stretch of the great highway between lincoln and sloat because of sand in the road. we don't have an estimated time yet when they are going to get that stretch of the great highway re-opened. and we have already had a couple of accidents, nothing too bad so far, no big hot spots, but i wanted to mention this one. if you are coming down the eastshore freeway, chp had to run a quick traffic break to clear it, westbound 80 approaching san pablo dam road. so far, so good down the eastshore freeway towards the macarthur maze or the bay bridge toll plaza. but you can see how slick the roads are out there. mass transit might be a good day to use it, everything is on time for bart, ace, muni and caltrain. back to you. >> thank you. >>> as elizabeth
